It is a two chambered construction. The vimana is of rekha order and the porch hall is of pidha order. Both the structures are surrounded by a circumambulatory path. The structure stands on a high plinth. The presiding deities of the temple is wooden images of Jagannatha, Balabhadra and Subhadra. Later period Trivikrama Narasimha and Varaha sculptures are found as the parsavadevatas on side niches. Two big dephants are found on the gateway of the temple. The height of the temple is abort 40 feet. |
