This is a spacious building consisting of a verandah and huge rooms. The roof is of the Madras terrace type. The verandah has arched openings and huge cylindrical pillars. The front fa ade of the building is heavily ornamented. The arch shaped ventilators above the rectangular doorways are adorned with stained glass. The doors are of the usual colonial type shutters in the top-portion and plain in the lower portion. The building has a very high ceiling and the rectangular windows found on all sides of the building are also located at a considerable hight. |
