This is a unique structure, both with regard to its architectural features as also its social significance. |

The present structure exhibits Islamic, Maratha as well as Colonial style features. This is a brick and stone structure and is platered. A huge water tub is built below an elaborately constructed and ornamented superstructure. As per the original plan, the tub would be regularly filled with water from the Akkachiakulam tank through underground pipes. |
