About 200 years old brick temple dedicated to Shiva is in the village Pakharauli. It is built on a high brick platform. It is in good shape. The icon of Shiva-linga and Nandi are kept in garbhagriha. Another Shiva temple is also built by the side of old temple, which is bigger in size, and its platform is also comparatively high. A Shiva-linga of marble. Nandi, Ganesh, Parvati and Lakshmi are kept in it. |
