The palace of Digapahandi is totally dilapidated. But the thick about 30 feet boundary wall is infact and still encloses the Rajabati on Palace. The lion gate of the Raajabati is broken except a few carvings on its broken gateway and two big lions. On can notice the architectural designs from the remaining parts of the broken palace. Inside the palaces rooms are provided for the watchmen, kitchen, seven rooms for courtiers apart from the king s residential qualtel. A very well planned pond cum swiming pool had been provided with all the facilities for king s family. The arch of the palace is about 30 across of land. |
