It is a two chambered temple. The sanctum is of pancharatha rekha type and the porch is of pidha design. The doorjambs and the intel about it contain Lakshmi, dvarapalas and Navagraha figures respectfully. the presiding deity is Siva Lingam and the side deities are Ganesha, Kartikeya and parvati with their usual mounts. The seculptural art of the temple commission of few gajabidala, Alasi Kanya and amorous figures on the exterior walls. Height of the temple is about 40 feet. |
