It is a two chambered pidha deule. The temple stands on a plinth and competely carved. The gandi contains pidha type anga Sikhara. The porch is built as an open mandapa type with pidha gandi. It is an excellent examples of later temples of Orissa. The carvings of the temple are both cult deities and secular figures. Its side deities are Trivikrama, Narasimha and Varaha. The doorjambs contain Navagraha, Lakshmi and the Vaishnavite, dvarapalas. It presiding deities are image of Krishna and Radha. Height of the temple is about 28 feet. |
