In the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh Kasturi Bai M. 1985 reported upper palaeolithic sites on the Eleru river and its tributaries. Out of the large number of stone age locations the vicinities of Ramanayyapeta have yielded upper palaeolithic tool kit. |
