Detailed studies relating to the upper palaeolithic phase in Andhra were made in a large number of localities in Western Andhra and South Coastal Andhra. From central coastal Andhra the related evidence are limited only to Nagarjunakonda. In northern coastal Andhra evidences relating to upper palaeolithic have been brought to light by K.T. Reddy and Vijayaprakash 1985 ,Vijaya Prakash 1981 and K.Srinivasa Murthi 1986 .The sites included Venkatrajupalem etc. |
