In the Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh mesolithic habitations have been identified across open air settings, stream courses and on hill tops. The investigations are carried out by S.Krishna Rao 1985 in the Vamsedhara and Nagavalli valleys. 16 sites were located by him. In addition we have a few mesolithic sites close to the foot hills and sub-moutane plains. |
