Dr. V. Rami Reddy and Shri S. Bhaskar of the Department of Physical Anthropology and prehistory, Sri Venkateswara University, collected tools belonging to the Lower, Middle and Upper Palaeolithic periods. The tools include Acheulian handaxes of various sub-types, choppers, chopping -tools, cleavers miniature handaxes, borers, retouched blades, scrapers, borer-cum-scrapers, points, blades, broken mace-head, indeterminate flakes and worked pieces. |
