NEOLITHIC SITE, KONDAPUR SITE MUSEUM, DISTRICT MEDAK.-- During the course of exploration in the hill-slopes and surrounding fields, about one, kilometre south of the Site Museum and south-west of the satavahana city at Kondapur , Shri I. K. sarma of the Excavations Branch and Shri B. Ramakrishna das, Artist, Kondapur Museum, of the Survey, discovered burnished grey and coarse red wares, besides ground some axes among which was a hoe from the granitic outcrops. |
