Siripur, Parlakimidi taluk are located in th river vally of Vamsadhara and Mahendratanaya. Siripur are located within a radius of 5 km north 16 and 19 km south of Parlakimidi respectivly. The cultural meterial collectd includes microliths made on quartz and chert, chisels and also flakes, cores, saddle querns, rubbers, and macheheads. Mesolithic tools and neolithic ground and polished tools and carnelian beads of various shapes, viz. barrel. |
