Brcahmanapalle Lat 14 25 N Long. 78 13 E This village is about 2.5 km west of Palivendla town. The mesolithic site is located on the right bank of the stream at about 500 m on northern side of the villege. The artefacats were found scattered an the sandy gravel surface in an area of 30 X 30 m. Pebbles of chert and nodules of mostone were seen scattered all over the surface of the terrace and also in the stream bed. An assemblage of 59 artefacts were sallected from this site. |
