| Description / विवरण | A 19th century sword or a Yataghan which is a turkish sabre. It has a curved blade of damascus steel. There is some inscription visible on the ricasso. The steel pistol shaped pommel has a hole for the sword knot. The guard with the long quillons is engraved in high relief with floral and creeper desgn. The sheath is made of metal and has a long muhnal and tehnal and a middle fitting with steel rings. All these sheath fittings are ornamented in the style of the guard of the hilt. Rusted. |
