| Description / विवरण | Tanpura much similar to Sitar has a big guard shaped tumba having arched leaf plates decorated over its upper portion. It is fixed with a concave plate tabli over it with a piped wooden coil. The belly is attached to a long handle dand . The belly and handle both are hollow from inside. It has three knobs fixed to the upper part of the handle at three sides. One knob in the front side is missing. Its wires and grooves are missing with which the wires are attached. It has floral painting around the joining areas. |
