| Description / विवरण | Sitar in small size with a small pumpkin shaped tumba belly joint to the wooden handle with a Gulu joining plate hidden by the raised petal decorations over it. The tumba has a wooden drum tabli fixed over it with a wooden coil. It has an ivory stretcher over the drum for stretching the strings and an ivory knob is present at the bottom of the tumba for typing all the strings. The middle portion of the handle has 14 partly damaged frets tied to it, the rest are missing. The handle has 12 wooden knobs at the right side of the handle and two at the upper front side. Many of its strings are broken and missing. The handle has an arched wooden place decorated over it. |
