| Description / विवरण | This musical instrument is known as sitar. It is made of wooden, ivory and metals. The dandi is decorated with mythical animal face with seven knobs. It has 17 metal pardas. The tumbi is covered with tabli. One end of tumbi has joint the wires with langot. The joints of tumbi and dandi covered by Gulu with flower shape. The tabli is decorated with flower pattern. The upper portion of dandi is decorated with ivory piece in floral pattern. |
