| Description / विवरण | This musical instrument is known as Sitar. It is made of wood, ivory and metal. The dandi has 15 wooden knobs decorated with ivory pieces. It has four metal pardas. The tumbi is covered with tabli. One end of tumbi has joint the wires with langot. The joints or tumbi and dandi covered by carved Gulu in flower shape. The dandi upper portion is decorated with geometrical design. The tabli has carved flowers and decorative. |
