| Description / विवरण | This musical instrument is known as Dilruba. It is made of wood, ivory and metal. The dandi of dilruba has 21 metal pardas. Mythical face of animal is decorated with floral pattern and six wooden khunti covered with ivory pieces. The tumbi is covered by tabli. One end of tumbi joints the metal wires with langot. The joints of tumbi and dandi covered by carved Gulu with flower shape. The tabli has some holes with floral designs. The border of tabli is decorated gota with floral pattern. |
