| Description / विवरण | Miniature painting based on Eklinga Mahatmya depicting the importance of Ganga river, by taking bath into which one can purify himself. At the lower right, Indra is killing demon Vratasur who is doing penance with him, Prajapati and one sage are there, to their right, Vratasur is shown lying on ground. At the lower middle part, they are shown leaving with Yamraj. At the lower left, they are shown talking to Brihaspati Muni and asking about the way through which they can get rid of Brahmhatya. At the upper middle part, they are shown taking holy bath and leaving in yaan for swarg lok. |
