| Description / विवरण | Miniature painting based on Eklinga Mahatmya depicting about Kalyug. The painting depicts four different Varnas viz, Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra performing the dharma assigned to them. The painting depicts on the upper right side king giving daan. Below it a Brahman is depicted doing yagna. Next to it a Vaishya is depicted, doing cultivation, marketing and looking after animals. A shudra is depicted helping the Brahman and the king, on the upper left side a marriage is depicted. On the top part cloudy sky is seen with rainfall. |
