| Description / विवरण | Miniature painting based on Mahabharat - Vana parva. This painting depicts demon is coming in guise of Brahman to Pandavas place and tried to take Draupadi away. At the lower right part, Brahman is shown sitting with Pandavas and Draupadi and telling Yudhisthir that he is student of Parasurama. To its left, Brahman is shown eating food. At the lower left Pandavas and Brahman are going to river to take bath. At the upper level, demon is shown taking Draupadi away and Sahdev and Nakul is shown with Draupadi. Bhim is shown carrying sword at extreme left. |
