| Description / विवरण | This is a light gun cast in iron. The chase and muzzle of the gun is faceted and is octagonal in section. The muzzle face is out flaring octagon with simple rim. The trunnions are formed by combining two rods in to a ring having two projections. These are further engaged with a fork swivel. An inscription is engraved on the breech portion. The cannon is provided with muzzle and breech astragals. The vent hole is seen on the right side of the breech with flash pan. The muzzle was provided with fore site point for which a perforated socket is seen on muzzle rim. However, back site U on the top portion of breech is still intact. |
