| Description / विवरण | An image of Uma-Mahesvara in alingana mudra, seated on Kailasa, Siva showing four armed. The right hands are missing, the corresponding left hands showing, holding a serpent and one hand placed near the breast of Parvati. The right hand of Devi shown placed on the shoulder of Siva and the left hand is not distinct. The head and right leg of Siva are missing where as the right leg of Parvati also missing. On the top of the image, two flying figures are shown. On either side of the padapeeth Kumar and Ganesh are shown respectively right and left. Below the seat the Nandi Bull and lion have been depicted, the head of Nandi bull is turned towards the divine couple in rapt attention. In between the two animals one male figure is depicted. |
