| Description / विवरण | The 6th jain tirthankara Padmaprabha is seated in padamasana mudra on a pitha.His body is appear to be motionless and half close eyes which show a beautiful meditative expresion.His curly hair has a usnisa over his head.The right hand placed over the left hand with the palm upward on his lap. Srivatsa symble is visible on the chest.The image pedestal has an inscription but due to badly worn out it is not satisfactorily read out.On iconographic grounds it can be ascribed of 16th century AD. His lanchhan emblem Lotus sculpture at the pitha. |
