| Description / विवरण | The Buddha is seated in padmasana the knees projecting beyond the lotus seat. The samghati covers both the shoulders and the folds form schematically disposed ridges running in parallel lines across the shoulders. The hair, too, forms a symmetrical pattern of wavy lines. The eyes are downcast with drooping eyelids. The small round halo is quite plain. The lotus seat has a double row of drooping petals. |
