| Description / विवरण | The sculpture slab depicted two registers upper and lower. The upper one depicts a devotee headless seated cross legged in padmasana aspect infront of the Siva linga. Behind it is a female attendant standing. Below is a broad patta band . In the lower panel is a war scene depicting warriors seated on horse back and marching forward holding swords and reins of the horse. At the extreme end on the left side is probably the commander with beard. The horses are picturesquely shown in the act of galloping. The chief is well dressed with a full sleeved kurta like shirt tied by a thick belt across, over the left shoulder. The horses are well decorated with garland like haras around the neck. |
