| Description / विवरण | In the central niche is Yogasana Visnu, the two upper hands holding the discus and the conch. The side niches contain an image of Brahma on the left and Siva on the right, both of them having the right hand in abhaya mudra and holding a pot in the left. In the recesses between the niches are, from left to right, Ravi seated in pratambapadasana and holding a full-blown lotus in each hand followed by three Grahas all in ardhaparyankasana, right hands in abhaya mudra and left hands holding pots. Three more Grahas, all in the same posture, follow after which are Rahu and the fish-tailed Ketu. Beneath may be seen a portion of the bakulamala motif which formed a molding of the door frame. |
