| Description / विवरण | The 18th Jain Tirthankara Arahanatha is seated in padmasana mudra on a Pitha. His body appears to be motionless with half closed eyes which show a beautiful meditative expression. The right hand place over the left hand with the palm upward on his lap. His curly hair has Usnisa over his head. Srivatsa symbol is visible on the chest.The image pedestal has an inscription of two lines dated to 1912-1855 AD on the Pitha,it mention the name of donor as Devkaran belong to Golapoorab gotra. His Lanchhan emblem Fish is sculpture at the pitha. |
