| Description / विवरण | The 23rd Jain Tirthankara Parshvanatha is seated in padmasana mudra on a Pitha. He has seven serpent hood over his head.His body appears to be motionless with half closed eyes which show a beautiful meditative expression. The right hand is placed over the left hand with the palm upward on his lap. His curly hair has a Unisa over his head. Srivatsa symbol is visible on the chest.The image pedestal has an inscription of two lines on the back side of Pitha,it mention the name of donor as Moolsangh.His Lanchhan emblem snake is sculpture at the Pitha. |
