| Description / विवरण | The 8th Jain Tirthankara Chandraprabha is seen standing in Kayotsarga mudra on a pitha.His body is erect and appears to be motionless with half closed eyes which show a beautiful meditative expression. His curly hair has Usnisa over his head. Above his head Chhatra is shown.The figure of a standing Camardhari is depicted on either sides near his legs. Srivatsa symbol is visible on the chest.The image pedestal has an inscription of two lines dated to 1890-1833 AD on the pitha,it mentions the name of donor as Golapoorav jain group village papora under the state of shri King Vikramajeet .His Lanchhan emblem Half moon is sculpture at the pitha. . |
