| Description / विवरण | The figure of Ganga is standing on her vehicle makara. She is two armed. In her right hand she holds a pot against a lotus medallion her left hand is holding a lotus stalk. A cobra with speared hood is coiled round her left arm. Her coiffure consists of neatly combed long tresses gathered over left shoulder in the shape of large sized bun. She wears a tiara, over which a tall snake canopy with three hoods is seen. For ornaments she is decked with large circle earrings, a number of necklaces of different designs. |
