| Description / विवरण | Here the goddess sits in lalit 257 sana on a five tiered padm 257 sana seat. She is two armed and holds a child on her left thigh, while in her right hand, which rests on her right knee in Varada pose, she holds an indistinct object. The image is fully decorative with a karanda-mukuta and other usual jewelries. The modeling is of perfect hand, with firm breasts and slim waist, and idiomatically similar to the one above. The aureole behind is decorated with floral motifs. It may also be identified with P 257 rvati. |
