| Description / विवरण | This is torso of an female diety.Head,limbs and portion below the abdomen is missing.The extant portion exhibits ornamentation such as kanthahara and vakshahara.Trivalaya on the neck is interesting.A and three stranded, bead designed yajnopavita suspends from the left shoulder and passes through the abdomen and the back portion of the figure.Three shorter braided locks of hair resting behind the neck is noteworthy.Both the bosoms are damaged.The cavities in the shoulder part probably indicates attempts to mend the detached arms. The extant portion may be ascribed to late-chalukyan period. |
