| Description / विवरण | A single copper plate with seal. A circular seal in the shape of full blown lotus attached to the top of the plate. There are emblems of Chaitya and the below it the figure of the couchant deer facing left. Below the deer is the legend in one line reading the name of the issuer as Sri Khadgatungadevasya . There are altogether 46 lines of writing on the plate. 23 line on both side . The language of writing is Sanskrit scripts Eastern variety of northern alphabet. The charter issued from King Khadgatungadeva for granting of village Sadasrnga grama in favour of Bhattaputra Vajjata is belongs to Vatsa gotra. |
