| Description / विवरण | This is a small cannon with a narrow barrel.The base is broad, measuring 41 cm in circumference where as the circular barrel mouth is comparatively narrow and measures 23 cm in circumference.Out turned mouth at muzzle end is noteworthy. At the rear end a small perforation is provided on the top surface to ignite gun powder for firing. It is muzzle loaded.In the middle a cylindrical pivot measuring 22 cm in length to fix it firmly, is provided.The rear end is flat and the projected plate has perporations to which a small iron rod is inserted and 'in situ'. There are two iron bands in the middle.The surface is rough and encrustration is prominent. |
