| Description / विवरण | This is a small cannon with a narrow barrel and measures 1.21 cm in length with a handle at rear end.The base is broad, measuring 30 cm in circumference where as the circular barrel mouth at muzzle end is comparatively narrow and measures 27 cm in circumference. A perforated small barrel inside the main barrel is noteworthy. It is muzzle loaded.At the rear end a small perforation is provided on the top surface to ignite gun powder for firing. Trunnions measuring 4 cm in length are provided at the middle held by iron bands. At the rear end undulated handle measuring 21 cm in length is provided for easy rotation of cannon in different directions and to vary elevation. The surface is rough with encrustrations. |
