| Description / विवरण | This is a hand cannon cast in iron. The cylinder of the gun appears almost parallel but it slightly tappers from towards muzzle with flaring out mouth. An astragal ring joins muzzle with chase and another between chase and breech. The trunnions provided in the middle of the chase are formed by combination of two thick bars bent in shape of ring around barrel. The cascabel is flat stip of iron fixed in wooden butt with iron nails. The vent hole is seen on the right side of the breech with flash pan. A fore site point is provided on the muzzle rim and back site U on the joint of the chase and breech. |
