| Description / विवरण | This is light gun cast in iron of matchlock variety. It is a long parallel bodied cylinder with narrow calibre with flaring out mouth. The muzzle is provided with astragal rings. The chase of the gun is provided with short trunnions attached on either side of thick and carinated iron ring further engaged with a fork swivel wherein pointed end is missing. The vent hole is on the right side of the breech with flash pan. The gun has flat cascabel for fixing it in to a wooden butt using iron nails. It is provided with fore site point on muzzle rim. |
