| Description / विवरण | Standing Image of Vishnu on a padma peetha above a square pedestal with four hands holding chakra and sankh in the upper right and left hand respectively. The lower hands are in varada mudra and in katyavalambita mudra. He wears kirita mukuta, necklace, channavira, udarabandha, keyura, kankana mekhala and noopura. His face is slightly oval with full cheeks, elongated eyes, sharp nose and short neck. The panchakacham like lower garment with ripple mark design reaches up to ankle level. A hanging central pleats and side tassels enhance the intricate workmanship. A wheel (sirochakra) is fixed behind the head gear of the image. |
