| Description / विवरण | It is a British-period circular copper coin. On the obverse are, two lions standing against the crest. At the top is another lion with two flags and a ribbon is seen at the bottom. Something is written on the ribbon, which is completely weathered. Just above the ribbons is the year 1835 etched on it. On the reverse of the coin are the words, 1 12 Anna written in English and below it is Thalath Pai , written in Persian. Surrounding it is the laurel wreath. Surrounding the wreath are the words, East India Company , in English. |
