| Description / विवरण | This is a figure of a male temple attendant. The image is depicted in abhanga posture on a flat pedestal. The figure s upper right hand carries the container towards the head, while the left hand is positioned in the chest. The figure is fully ornamented, with bangles in the hands and a limited number of ornaments on the neck. He wears a dhoti-like garment that extends up to the knees. The figure has a tiara on his forehead and round puspa-kundalas in his ears. The tiara is given special attention to beautification, with some designable motifs meticulously executed. |
