Description / विवरण
Description / विवरण
It is a rectangular stone block with sculptural motifs carved on two of its surfaces. A mid-relief male human figurine is carved in the wider side of the block in a graceful dancing posture. The sculpture is adorned with layers of drapery, a pair of circular kundalas (earrings) in the ears, a set of kanthabhusana (necklaces) in the neck and a decorative kayabandhi (girdle) around the waist. Two pieces of hanging hem from the antariya and uttariya are dangling in the background. The sculpture is partially mutilated. The narrower side of the stone block is carved with another male figurine standing elegantly in an abhanga stance. He seems to be holding an unidentifiable object with his right hand, while the left-hand lays relaxed at the side. The right shoulder of the sculpture is raised a little almost touching the face which is entirely turned rightward. The slender body of the sculpture is adorned with a set of kanthabhusanas (necklaces) of different length and a plain drapery in the waist with a hanging hem dangling between the legs.
