Description / विवरण
Description / विवरण Image of Brahma with his consort Brahmani, seated on his left leg embracing each-other. The deities are carved in a niche, having two round pilasters towards left and one towards right end. Brahma is holding book and sruva or shruk a ladle to feed for sacrificial fire in his upper left and right hands. The principal left hand of Brahma cuddles the left breast of his spouse and right hand is partly broken. The right portion of the Brahmani head is chopped off and she is throwing her right arm on the right shoulder of her lord from behind the neck and other hand is lotus-bud. The legs of the goddess are damaged.
