The lower panel depicts dharma chakra on a decorated pillar, flanked by worshippers standing in tribhanga posture. The right one probably is a female devotee in anjalimudra, while the left one is a male holding a chamara in his raised right hand. The upper panel shows the depiction of stupa. The dome portion is shown with enturned three hood nagas, four in number, two on each side. The dome and drum portions are separated by a thick band decorated with rail design.
