| Description / विवरण | A grey elephant produced in the round. The elephant has its trunk raised and its eyes are indicated by stamping. Similar elephant figures have been recovered from nearly all the early sites of Bengal like Chandraketugarh and Tamluk and it is possible that they were used as votive offerings for cults associated with popular religion. |
