| Description / विवरण | Dwarapala standing in dwibhanga posture. He is represented with two hands. He holds a ball like object in his left raised hand and chamara in his raised right hand. He wears a series of kanthaharas, triple stranded yajnopavita, chest-band, katibandha, waist-band having a beaded chain in between two thick bands, beaded wristlets, kundalas and dhammilla type of head gear tied with jewelled band on the forehead. He has round face, folded chin, long snubbed nose, thick lips, lenticular eyes and thick eye brows. A halo is seen behind the head. The lower portion below the knees broken. |
