| Description / विवरण | Chaturbhuja Mahishasuramardini standing with her left leg placed firmly on the ground and the right leg placed on the body of Mahisha. She holds trident with her right hand piercing the asura, while her left fore hand holds the head of the animal. Her vahana, lion is shown biting the hind leg of the animal. She holds sankha and chakra with her rear hands. She wears dhammila type of headgear, sanha patra kundalas, double stranded long beaded kanthahara with a hanging pendent, wristlets and waist-band. Features abraded. |
