| Description / विवरण | Mahishasuramardani standing with her right leg bent and placed firmly on the ground, while the left leg kept on the body of the Mahisha. She holds a trident with her front right hand piercing into the body of the Asuraand with her front left hand lifts the body of the animal holding its tail. She holds sword, bell, sankha, snake and other weapons are not clear. Breasts and chin are mutilated. She wears ornamental kirita makuta, kundalas, armlets, kankanas, anklets, kanthaharas and waist-band with tassels dangling side ways. Her mount lion is on the right side biting the left foot of the asura. Halo is seen prominently. |
